At the Lean IT Kaizen training you learn to supervise improvement sessions and to define, measure, analyze, implement and control improvements.

During the training we go through all the steps of the DMAIC cycle on the basis of concrete cases. We define the problem, collect the necessary data, analyze it and come up with concrete proposals for improvement. Finally, we monitor progress and secure the results in the organization.
