Description
The Organisational Change Management Foundation course provides students with the basic concepts, models and practices to better understand change in their daily working environment and give it the attention needed to be successful.

The course is based on a combination of the body of knowledge of the Change Management Institute (CMI) and the Individual Change Management Framework (ADKAR) of Prosci. This combination provides the student with an extensive set of practical tools to manage change.

After going through all the modules and topics of this e-learning, students are ready to sit the APMG Change Management Foundation exam. This is an online exam that consists of 50 multiple choice questions.
